Description
The Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) is a self-assessment questionnaire developed by Intercultural Business Improvement. It assesses four intercultural competences: Intercultural Sensitivity, Intercultural Communication, Building Commitment and Managing Uncertainty. Individuals need about 15 minutes to complete the IRC. Based on their answers, they receive an individual written feedback report with scores on each competence, highlighting potential pitfalls and suggestions for further development in line with the resultant competence level.
