Feedback Profiler (Intercultures)
Description
The Feedback Profiler has been developed by the Berlin-based company Intercultures, with the goal of helping people in international roles learn to understand and respect (culturally influenced) different preferences for giving and receiving feedback. The tool, available as paper-pencil and online questionnaire, invites you to describe your preferences of giving/receiving feedback in terms of 12 different categories. You can then exchange your preferences with those of the people you work with, and with whom you will encounter situations where you will need to give and receive feedback in order to constructively and effectively work together. Developed for the marketplace after years of research, the Feedback Profiler identifies, for example, critical communication gaps, different ideas about work relationships, and inefficiencies in team processes.
