The Humor Profiler (Intercultures)
Description
The Humor Profiler® is a questionnaire developed by Intercultures to help individuals and teams to discover and benefit from their different preferences for humor. It can be used at the beginning of teamwork, to enhance leadership style and to increase awareness of individual and cultural differences in the area of humor. The tool aims to map these individual differences in ways that can be found across cultures. The Humor Profiler® draws on insights from the social and organizational psychology of humor; the psychology of individual differences, personality and humor, and from intercultural studies of humor.
