Intercultural competence in VET for wood, metal and vehicle industry
Description
This course is a creation of the international team within European project with the same title, developed under Erasmus program.
The project aims to develop transnational practices and tools for Intercultural competence in VET for wood, metal and vehicle industry.
Mentor Manual provides a compact overview about skills and competences which proved to be crucial for teaching activities, especially with the target group of refugees and migrants. In this manual there are 16 compact modules which will describe these competences, indicate respective learning objectives and provide an overview about relevant knowledge areas.
Mentor Manual has been supplemented by a freely available Online Course (e-Learning). This course provides additional information for each module and support self-paced learning and deepening of the described intercultural competences through numerous practical exercises and supporting media.
