Intercultural mobility: Practical toolkit for intercultural competences for VET providers
Description
This course is a creation of the international team within European project with the same title, developed under Erasmus program.
INTERCULTURALITY – MOBILITY supports development and validation of inter-cultural competences amongst VET professionals to improve the delivery of VET mobility programs in the EU.
The toolkit introduces the method of the Most Significant Changes (MSC) that has been used within the project to monitor and evaluate the impact of the programme on participants and provides suggestions on how to use it to monitor the development of skills and competences of learners. To improve the delivery of VET mobility programmes, the toolkit aims at facilitating the identification and development of intercultural competences acquired through non-formal learning. The toolkit contains a definition of the 10 top competences of interculturality with suggestions on how todevelop them and a tool for self-assessment of intercultural skills.
The project developed the following tools:
1. An innovative and modular intercultural competence program for VET Providers
2. European tool kit about non-formal education and mobilities as a way to better experiment interculturality and to improve and multiply the delivery of VET mobility programs.
3. A tool kit about intercultural competences to develop and get for VET providers
