Virtual Peformance Assessment® is an online questionnaire developed by Intercultures (Berlin). It is designed for virtual teams who want to understand their strengths and pitfalls in 5 vital areas of virtual teamwork. For a trainer to use the VPA questionnaire, he/she needs to get certified Intercultures. Trainers also need to invest time to develop expertise to train virtual teams in the 5 areas.
